By accessing or using BoltPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BoltPDF is a web application that allows you to upload PDF templates, define form fields, create prefill records, and generate completed PDF forms. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of BoltPDF. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all PDF files you upload and all data you enter into BoltPDF. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the data you enter. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any code designed to harm the service.
• Use the service to store or transmit sensitive personal data (such as financial or medical records) without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

6. File Uploads

PDF template uploads are limited to 16 MB per file. We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms or that exceed storage limits. Uploaded files are stored securely through our file hosting provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoltPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated PDFs will be free of defects. In no event shall BoltPDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BoltPDF at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "last updated" date. Your continued use of BoltPDF after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
